These Terms of Service govern your use of Blue Eagle Credit Union services, accounts, and digital platforms.

1. Membership

To become a member, you must meet eligibility requirements and maintain a $5 minimum savings account balance.

Member Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information
  • Update contact details promptly
  • Use services lawfully
  • Protect account credentials

2. Accounts & Transactions

Account terms, fees, and conditions are disclosed in account opening documents.

Deposits & Withdrawals

We accept various deposit methods and may place holds as permitted by law. Transaction limits apply to certain account types.

3. Digital Banking

Our online and mobile banking services require secure login credentials. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining credential confidentiality
  • All account activities
  • Reporting unauthorized access immediately
  • Using secure networks

4. Fees & Charges

Current fee schedules are available online and at branches. We may modify fees with advance notice as required by law.

5. Liability

We are not liable for losses from your negligence, unauthorized access due to your failure to follow security procedures, or circumstances beyond our control.

Unauthorized Transactions

Report within 2 business days: $50 max liability. Report within 60 days: $500 max liability.

6. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court, except small claims. Class action waiver applies.

7. Account Closure

You may close accounts anytime after settling obligations. We may close or suspend accounts for violations, fraud, or other reasons with or without notice.

8. General Provisions

Governed by federal law and Virginia state law. We may modify terms with notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
